Q. What is the Affiliate Rewards program?

A. The Affiliate Rewards program is a special new vehicle pricing benefit Stellantis offers to valued partner, supplier or member companies. It allows current and retired employees of these companies to buy or lease eligible new vehicles at the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price: 1% below dealer invoice.

Q. What does it mean to be a partner, supplier or member company?

A. This means the company has a strategic or other special business relationship with Stellantis.

Q. How do I know if I’m eligible for Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing?

A. On the home page, you can enter your company name to see if it is on the list of Affiliate Rewards partner companies.

Q. I am eligible for the Affiliate Rewards program. How do I log in to the site?

A. You will need your Company Code to log in the first time and create a website account. You can get this from your company’s Affiliate Rewards Coordinator, who is often a Human Resources representative or benefits coordinator. If you do not know your company’s Affiliate Rewards Coordinator, call Affiliate Rewards Program Headquarters at 1.888.444.4321, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, to obtain this information.

Q. Who else in my family is eligible for the Affiliate Rewards program?

A. Spouses and surviving spouses are also eligible for the program.

Q. Can I buy a car for my child through the Affiliate Rewards program?

A. The Affiliate Rewards program is only for you and your spouse, so one of your names must be on the vehicle title in order to receive the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price. If your child is purchasing the vehicle, you or your spouse must also be listed on the title. And as the eligible employee, the Control Number must always be issued in your name.

Q. Can I put the vehicle’s financing in another person’s name?

A. Yes. While you or your spouse must be listed on the vehicle title, we do not require financing to be in your name.

Q. How many vehicles can I and/or my spouse purchase or lease each year at the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price?

A. Up to two vehicles per calendar year.

Q. Are students or alumni of schools listed as Affiliate Rewards partners eligible for the program?

A. No, students and alumni of eligible schools may not participate in the program.

Q. Do all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® Ram, FIAT® and Alfa Romeo dealerships participate in Affiliate Rewards?

A. No, but nearly all dealerships do participate. Any franchised Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Romeo dealership is eligible to participate if they agree to abide by the Customer Program Rules.

Q. How do I find a participating U.S. dealership?

A. Once you’ve created an account, you can visit the Find a Dealer page on this website to find dealers in your area. You’ll be able to see how many vehicles the dealership has sold through the Affiliate Rewards program, or you can call the dealership to ask if they participate in the program. For an additional resource, visit the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Romeo website.

Q. Can I only access Affiliate Rewards at participating dealerships?

A. No, you can also buy or lease eligible vehicles with Affiliate Rewards through the FCA US Brand vehicle E-Shop.

Q. What is a Control Number?

A. A Control Number is the discount code you need to access Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing at the dealership.

Q. How long is a Control Number valid?

A. A Control Number is valid for the entire calendar year in which it was generated. This time frame is noted in the email you receive with your Control Number.

Q. Can I generate a Control Number in my spouse’s name?

A. No. As the eligible employee, the Control Number must be generated in your name.

Q. How many Control Numbers can I generate?

A. You can generate up to two Control Numbers each calendar year.

Q. Where can I use my Control Number?

A. You can take your Control Number to a participating U.S. dealership or use it to unlock your discount through the FCA US Brand vehicle E-Shop.

Q. What is Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing?

A. Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing is the amount you’ll pay for an eligible vehicle through the Affiliate Rewards program.

Q. How much can I save with Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing?

A. The amount you save will vary based on the vehicle. Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing is 1% below dealer invoice (the amount the dealer paid for the vehicle). This amount could be hundreds off the dealer invoice and would be even more off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

Q. How can I find Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing for eligible vehicles?

A. Pricing varies due to vehicle options selected. At the dealership, ask to see the vehicle invoice, which lists the Preferred Price (“PP”) for that exact vehicle.

Q. How will I know I received the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price?

A. At the time of your purchase or lease of the vehicle, the dealership will provide an Affiliate Rewards Pricing & Acknowledgement Form, which itemizes the vehicle price and any additional eligible incentives for your vehicle. The bottom of the form contains a space for your Control Number and signature. The dealership will give you a copy of the form once it is completed.

Q. Are there any other fees I should know about?

A. An administration fee of $75 applies to the Affiliate Rewards program. However, this fee is already included in the Preferred Price listed on the vehicle invoice.

Q. Can I use my Affiliate Rewards discount to purchase a used vehicle?

A. No. You can lease or purchase any eligible new vehicle, but used vehicles are ineligible regardless of the model year.
