Q. What is the Affiliate Rewards program?

A. The Affiliate Rewards program is a special new vehicle pricing benefit FCA US LLC offers to our valued partner or supplier companies. It allows current and retired employees of these companies to buy or lease eligible new vehicles at the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price: 1% below dealer invoice.

Q. What does it mean to be a partner, supplier or member company?

A. It means the company has a strategic or other special relationship with FCA US LLC.

Q. What are Company Codes?

A. Since the Affiliate Rewards program is only available to our valued partners, each company is assigned a unique Company Code. Employees will use this code to log in to the Affiliate Rewards website and generate a Control Number.

Q. What companies are eligible for the Affiliate Rewards program?

A. Supplier companies, large Fleet companies, member companies and other designated corporate customers that have a working relationship with FCA US LLC.

Q. Who is eligible for Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing?

A. Employees, retirees, spouses and surviving spouses of former Affiliate Rewards employees.

Q. Can an Affiliate Rewards employee buy a car for their child?

A. The Affiliate Rewards program is only for partner company employees and their spouses, so one of their names must be on the vehicle title in order to receive the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price. If their child is purchasing the vehicle, the employee or their spouse must also be listed on the title.

Q. Can the vehicle’s financing be put in another person’s name?

A. Yes. While the Affiliate Rewards employee or their spouse must be listed on the vehicle title, we do not require financing to be in their name.

Q. How many vehicles can be purchased or leased per year at the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price?

A. Up to two vehicles per calendar year.

Q. How do I know if my Dealership participates in the Affiliate Rewards program?

A. Check with your Sales Manager or Dealer Principal to confirm your Dealership participates in the program. While not all Dealerships participate, any franchised Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT® or Alfa Romeo Dealership is eligible to do so if they agree to abide by the Affiliate Rewards Customer Program Rules.

Q. What vehicles are eligible for the Affiliate Rewards discount?

A. Almost all new vehicles are eligible. Click here for a full list. Used vehicles are not eligible for the Affiliate Rewards discount.

Q. What are Control Numbers?

A. Control Numbers are unique discount codes that employees must have with them at the time of sale to receive the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price. Employees can generate up to two Control Numbers each calendar year. Control Numbers must be generated in the name of the Affiliate Rewards employee, even if their spouse is purchasing or leasing the vehicle.

Q. What do I do if an Affiliate Rewards employee comes in without a Control Number?

A. Have them call Affiliate Rewards Program Headquarters at 1.888.444.4321 for help setting up a Control Number. You can also have them log on to www.FCAUSAffiliates.com using their Company Code, which you can find using the Company Lookup page.

Q. What do I do if my customer’s name has changed since they generated their Control Number?

A. The employee name on the Control Number should match the name on the vehicle title. If a customer’s name has changed, the customer will need to show proof of identification and proof of their name change (i.e. a copy of their marriage license or other legal documentation).

Q. Do I need to validate Control Numbers?

A. No. You can call to confirm the number hasn’t been used/isn’t expired, but the Control Number will be validated when it goes through the Incentives Configurator.

Q. Can Affiliate Rewards employees use their Control Number in the FCA US Brand vehicle E-Shop?

A. Yes, employees can also use their Control Number to unlock their discount in the FCA US Brand vehicle E-Shop.

Q. How do I check to see if a company is eligible for the Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price?

A. Use the Company Lookup page or download the Affiliate Companies List. Note that this list may not be completely up to date. You can also refer to the list displayed on DealerCONNECT in the Affinity/National Programs tab on the Dealer Incentive Line within the Incentive box in the Sales tab.

Q. My customer’s employer isn’t on the list of Affiliate Rewards partner companies. How can they be added?

A. The customer can talk to their company’s Human Resources representative or benefits coordinator, who can call Program Headquarters at 1.888.444.4321, Mon. – Fri. 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET, to see if the company is eligible for the program. FCA US LLC regularly reviews its partner eligibility but can only offer this special discount to current suppliers or other partners.

Q. What do Affiliate Rewards employees need to bring with them to the Dealership?

A. They’ll need to bring their Control Number and proof of eligibility (a pay stub from the last 30 days). Retirees, spouses, same-sex domestic partners, surviving spouses, members and employees of subsidiary companies will need to bring additional documentation. Q. Are students or alumni of schools listed as Affiliate Rewards partners eligible for the program?

A. No, students and alumni of eligible schools may not participate in the program.

Q. The Affiliate Rewards employee asked to see the Preferred Price on the vehicle invoice. Can I show this to them?

A. Per the Customer Program Rules, Affiliate Rewards employees have the right to see the Preferred Price on the dealer invoice to verify it. This price is listed as “PP” on the invoice.

Q. Are there any additional fees associated with the program?

A. An administration fee of $75 applies to the Affiliate Rewards program. This fee is already included in the Preferred Price (“PP”) listed on the vehicle invoice.

Q. Can this offer be combined with current consumer incentives?

A. Yes. Affiliate Rewards employees are eligible to receive all available consumer incentives.

Q. What forms are needed to complete the sale?

A. In addition to the customer’s Control Number and a copy of their proof of eligibility, you will need to complete the Affiliate Rewards Pricing & Acknowledgement Form, which you can download here. Be sure to give the customer a completed copy of this form before they leave. You’ll also need to make sure the NVDR and reimbursement claim are processed properly.

Q. Is there a deadline for submitting claims?

A. You must submit claims within 90 days of the sale, but you should always submit claims as soon as possible so your Dealership receives the reimbursement quickly.

Q. Do I get credit for the sale?

A. Yes, you and your Dealership will receive credit for all Affiliate Rewards sale as you would with any other sale.
